There are numerous free and low cost web-services that will even match your search criteria. The public library also has a useful resource entitled: Guide to Canadian Scholarships (Career R378.30971). It is also recommended that you visit the career and guidance services departments at your local high school as well as your chosen post-secondary learning institution for scholarship listings.
